AUTOMATIC – PROJECT ENGINEER (K/M)

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

  • propose and implement effective solution to improve equipment performance, product quality, reduce all production and non-production losses

  • ensure all stages of new project implementation such as design, purchasing, assembling, commissioning and hangover to the production

  • guarantee high quality of technical project implementation with according to the approved schedule and budget.

  • support training of the people (production operators, supervisors, and fitters) to get the hang of the new equipment and new technology

  • arrange all necessary tests, trials in order to set up line’s parameters and successful equipment commissioning.

  • order equipment, part of the equipment or service and you create budget

  • make all necessary measurements or analyses in order to find a right technical solution to improve equipment performance. Propose solution and implement improvements

  • coordinate external resources (subcontractors) to ensure completion of milestones and project progress

  • Wykonywanie projektów
  • Aktualizowanie istniejącej dokumentacji projektowej
  • Przygotowywanie rysunków technicznych
  • Obsługa programów AutoCad

WYMAGANIA:

Electrical:

    • To understand basic electrical principles and devices

    • Power supply systems (Types, UPS) & Equipotential installation

    • Electrical measurements principles

    • Selection of electrical protection, cable sizes

    • The principles of laying electrical cables

    • Electrical documentation (at least reading)

Automation:

    • GENERAL – to understand basic automation principles and devices (measuring/control equipment

    • PLC – general knowledge (what is it? How does it work? Architecture etc.

    • PLC – manufacturers – SIEMENS, AllenBradley, Beckhoff

    • PLC – PLC programming – (TIA Portal V15 or higher), nice to have CodeSys, Studio 5000

    • Communication – Communication Protocols (PROFINET, MODBUS TCP/IP, BACnet/IP, EtherNer/IP etc.)

    • Communication – OPC Server – Kepware

    • Communication – Edge Computing

    • Equipment – Control cabinets architecture

    • Equipment – Control cabinets prefabrication

    • Equipment – Control & Measuring equipment – to understand the main parameters,

    • principles, and electrical connection

    • Equipment – Basic electrical parameters related to Control & measuring equipment

    • Pneumatic systems – valve terminals, valves, actuators, vibrators

Network

    • Network – basic knowledge – (IPv4, Host, Client, Server, Communication Protocol, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN)

    • Network – topologies – Bus, Ring, Star

    • Network – Virtualization – Virtual Machines base on WM Warre, Virtual Networks (VLANS)

    • Network – PLC configuration (Network View), Distribution I/Os,
